Can’t stop smiling ☺️

I am so in love. With a bike. I got to 22MPh and this electric bike with pedal assist just makes me happy. I can’t stop smiling. I went from racing motocross and living it to finding something still fun and a bit safer. Today was my first day riding it on paved trails in Orenco where I grew up and it was SO much fun. Absolutely loved it and great purchase.

SO much fun
Still smiling when I got back at the end of our ride.

We got my husband his own bike now too, we rode 3 days this week. Today we paddle boarded and kayaked and bought his bike and tomorrow will go riding:)

Stoked and being a good husband wearing a helmet with MIPS:)

I am a TBI Survivor and woman who has been through a lot of good and bad. My goal by this blog is to share what I have learned and how life has happened for me and not to me. I have found purpose in it all and am here to share it. I am also sober and quitting drinking was the best choice for me. I will post about TBI, Brain Injury, life, travel, lessons learned and more. I am not a doctor or a nurse, I am a traumatic brain injury survivor who has lived 40 years of life and have an amazing mindset from it all. None of this is medical advice, that is what your doctor is for or 911 if you are having an true emergency and need help right away. I am here for community and to share all I have learned, you never know who it will help. Click on the white title of the blog post to read, just saying in case you might be confused like I am with all this 🤣

We were there then! Jax gets pitching lessons at Orenco so we went when he was there, I will have to remember to hit you up next time. I showed Chris all around Orenco and told him about what it was like growing up there. So different

That bike looks so much fun! I hope to progress to this type of thing in future. I currently can’t walk without crutches,or walkers in my house…but I like to look at things like this with a goal to aspire to these! Life is about finding the things that make us laugh and smile 🙂

Thank you ! I have been looking at all types of alternative biking …things like the Alinker bike and 3 wheel ebikes, i had no idea these existed until becoming unable to walk ! Really happy to see options for people
