Having a bad morning- move your body

Having a bad morning. Emotionally my mind is really messing with me and I am frustrated and realizing how bad so called “friends” suck.

So I went for a walk. Moved my body. It sure solves a lot of feelings and frustrations.

I am a TBI Survivor and woman who has been through a lot of good and bad. My goal by this blog is to share what I have learned and how life has happened for me and not to me.
